By using Follo, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses (e.g., a CCLI license) for public performances, church services, live streaming, or projections.
  • You must comply with all applicable copyright laws and licensing agreements.
  • Follo is a tool for worship musicians and does not sell or profit from copyrighted material.

2. User Responsibilities

When uploading content to Follo, you confirm that:

  • The lyrics and chords are your original work, properly licensed, or used with permission.
  • You will not upload full copyrighted lyrics unless legally permitted.
  • Public use of songs (e.g., by churches or bands) requires a CCLI license or direct permission from the copyright holder.

Follo reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright laws or is reported by rights holders.

3. Embedded YouTube Videos & External Links

Follo embeds official YouTube lyric videos for reference and learning. These videos are hosted by YouTube and governed by YouTube's licensing terms. If a video is removed from YouTube, it will no longer appear on Follo. We do not claim ownership of lyrics in embedded content.

4. DMCA Compliance

Follo complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will promptly address valid takedown requests. To report copyright infringement, contact us at: support@follo.cc

Your submission must include:

  • The song title and a link to the infringing content.
  • Evidence of your ownership or licensing rights.
  • A statement confirming you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid request, Follo will remove the content in a timely manner.

5. Non-Commercial Use

You may not sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content from Follo. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or harvesting of materials from this platform is prohibited and violates copyright law.
